Uche regularly provides advisory services and acts as arbitrator in international disputes.
*Admitted as Special Legal Consultant in the District of Columbia. Admitted in the United Kingdom and Nigeria.
Previous Work
For more than a decade, Uche was Senior Counsel at the World Bank’s International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), in Washington, DC. Prior to ICSID, he was a lawyer at the United Nations Compensation Commission, Geneva, having been in private practice in Nigeria and the UK before that.
Professional Activities
Uche currently provides advisory services to the State of Kuwait’s National Focal Point for environmental remediation. He is a Senior Fellow at the Centre for international Governance Innovation and member of the Panel of Arbitrators of ICSID and CAS, Lausanne, as well as those of various regional arbitration institutions.
